| This river is located a few miles from the den site. There can be many game found here, from the small hares to the groundhogs and mule deer. The scenery is beautiful and the river is relatively calm during the spring and summer time. This spot is also perfect to quench your thirst, go for a swim to cross the other side and to also show the young water for their first time.
This is also home to many small creatures, like the hares, moles, groundhogs, squirrels, birds and the Owl.
Animals To Be Aware Of
Predators Grizzly/Brown/Black Bears, cougars, snakes, skunks, Badgers, lone wolves, coyotes.
Prey Fresh-water Fish, Hares, Moles, Mule deer, other small creatures. | |
